About the Instructor
With over a decade of corporate experience, Megan Sax was a former executive before leaving to pursue her dreams of bringing the healing benefits of yoga to the corporate environment. She is a registered 500-hour certified yoga teacher, a registered Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, is certified in sound healing, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness. has been teaching yoga for over 15 years, and has helped faciliate a variety of medicine ceremonies since 2015.
